The innovative design of the Saleplas' Particle Separators enables the separation of mixtures of water and solids, such as sand and slime, with a high efficiency. Its design exerts a rotational speed and centrifugal force in the water that makes possible the separation of the solids. Moreover, the design of its base prevents the separated particles coming back to the water flow.

Thanks to this, the Particle Separators are an excellent complement to the Filtration Systems, since they remove large amounts of solids before the filtration, reducing the cleaning frequency of the filters and prolonging the life of their components.

The SP particle separators are made of high density polyethylene PE-100 and have been designed with a modular format and different types and measurements (1”, 1 1/2” and 2")'in order to meet the requirements of a wide range of flows.

Automatic Drainage Kit

Saleplas recommends the installation of an Automatic Drainage Kit for the Particle Separators. It is a must-have accessory that will make you forget about the maintenance of the particle separator. It allows the user to programme the drainage of the sediments accumulated in the deposit.

The hydraulic valve, the controller, as well as all the materials needed for the connection and operation of the valve are included in the kit. Available in 220 V and with batteries.
